Executive Chef Ogün, is a renowned chef celebrated for his exceptional talent and innovative approach to gastronomy. After graduating from Abant Izzet Baysal University in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, Aksoy honed his skills in Michelin-starred restaurants, blending tradition with innovation to create captivating dishes that elevate ingredients to their highest potential.

Head Mixologist & Bartender Alex has been bringing the spirit of Mexican Tequila and worldwide spirits to Tequila 61° for 4 years. Known in Anchorage for his creative, balanced, and subtly sweet cocktails with theatrical presentations, his cocktail menu perfectly complements the food.
